-Made In Italy

-Research and development takes place exclusively through collaboration with the best race teams engaged for years in the most prestigious national and world competitions; And only after specific tests, does Extreme Components start the production.

Rearsets for BMW S1000rr 2015/2018 which are part of new line of components completely produced in our factory using the best technologies and raw material currently available on the market.
They are the result of the “Know How” that we use from many years for the realization of racing parts for the best Teams of the World Championship (such as Estrella Galicia Monlau Competicion, Leopard Racing, Pons Racing and many more) and that we finally use on all the parts for street and racing motorbikes.
On the specific, this rearsets was developed thanks to the collaboration with the best riders and team, concluded with the 2nd place of Roberto Tamburini in the European Stock 1000 Championship in 2018.
The new rearsets are lighter (from 8% to 10% depending of the model) then our previous version, but maintaining the same resistance.
Thanks to the use of new CNC machines, the new rearsets are totally machined from solid (lines of 0,8 mm) using 3D technology.
The new hard anodization system makes the parts glossy and shiny and guarantee a better durability.
The brake and shift levers are fully mounted on ball bearings in specific steel bushing to guarantee the best precision and long durability and now are supplied of a slide to have a micrometrical regulation of the front toe pegs and permit to the rider to find the best position on the motorbike.
Both the front toe pegs (brake and shift) are now made in rubber to guarantee a better comfort and better grip as well.
The rearsets are plug and play, arranged for standard and racing shifting.

I'm looking to replace the rear shocks on my 2019 Triumph Speed Twin. The ride is too harsh on bumpy roads and I can be launched from the saddle when I ride faster over a series of bumps. I don't notice this issue on my other motorcycles riding the same road.

I like the traditional look of the TR 924 better than the more advanced TR 923, but wonder if the ride will be improved enough with the TR 924 shocks. See more »

The TR 923 has more adjustability and will have a better rider, see below for details. I would personally go with the TR 923 and just let the Ohlins Swedish gold shine!
-Monotube high pressure gas type of shock absorber with external “piggy back” reservoir. -Öhlins Motorcycle R1 rebound damping adjuster -Adjustable rebound damping on single tube shocks. Adjuster wheel above the end eye. -Öhlins Motorcycle S36C1 compression damping adjuster -Adjustable compression damping. Adjuster wheel or slot on the reservoir… See full answer »

This subframe is for the race bodywork only and will not fit with oem bodywork.

The Kawasaki Z900 does not come with a quick shifter from the factory so this has been the perfect upgrade. Translogic bi directional Quickshifter for Z900 models 2017 onwards with standard road shift or inverted race shift gear lever set-up which does not mean blipper! it can be used in either direction meaning you can choose to select your gears in the standard road fashion 1 down 5 up or if you ride track you may want to flip it and use 1 up 5 down, this is helpful when leaning over to the left and needing to upshift so your foot does not get wedged between the road and the bike.
For Z900RS & Z900RS Cafe models 2018 onwards with standard road shift or inverted race shift gear lever set-up you will want to opt for part number TLS-QSXi-YK-DCS-62

Since unsprung weight is an important factor it would be helpful to know exactly what the weight is, so a comparison can be made to my current set up. See more »

Unsprung weight is important but not as important as the performance of the brakes. These rotors are made of the highest quality materials, the aluminum carrier is very light and there is a good amount of material removed from the braking disc however this is not done arbitrarily, It is done with many hours of dyno testing and the R&D within Moto2 Moto3 and Superbikes to provide the rider with a product that will reduce high braking temperatures and provide a superior braking performance and rider feel.
For the 320mm TK Dischi Freno R1/R6 Brake rotor with the evo carrier each rotor weighs 3lbs 4 oz

Yes you can use this in replace of your oem coolant expansion tank however we can not confirm if this will get in the way of any oem bodywork or trim. This is a common modification for Track bikes that remove the oem fairings and use race fairings
