Avio Fiber

Avio Fiber utilizes an epoxy resin and carbon fiber reinforces it. This makes Avio fiber race fairings durable, flexible, and extremely lightweight. Featuring pre-installed ¼ turn Dzus fasteners, these Avio fiber fairings are ready for installation right out of the box. In our professional opinion, you won’t find lightweight fairings that provide a better fit anywhere else. The Avio airbox covers your air intake tubes and front fenders and is also available as an accessory.

Carbon Fiber

Carbonin’s carbon fiber bodywork represents the ultimate in lightweight race fairings. Experts manufacture these Carbonin race fairings with 100% wet-lay carbon fiber, and they come pre-installed with ¼ turn Dzus fasteners for rapid application. We have full carbon fiber bodywork kits, airbox covers, air intakes, and front and rear fenders available.

Carbon Fiber Protection

Carbonin’s motorcycle protection features items such as frame protection, swingarms, engine covers, and more. Kevlar reinforced for crash abrasion protection, these protective components defend your factory frame, swingarms, and engine covers from road rash and gravel rash. Even if you’re not into competitive racing, they still look amazing when installed on your street bike. You can easily apply them with the use of silicon glue or 3M double-backed tape.

Carbon Fiber Protection

Carbonin also produces quick-release bodywork kits for use during FIM Endurance World championship competitions. Removing bodywork quickly is a very important part of team endurance races. So important, in fact, that Carbonin made bracket kits that help with the fast removal of fairings. We carry two bodywork kit options, which include stainless steel or CNC billeted brackets. Both use Dzus fasteners for a ¼ turn quick release. The 2017 GSXR kit uses these with options for a Dzus-fastened tail or bolt-on tail.

Headlight and Tail Light

We carry headlight and tail light cut-out options for a variety of models. When applying their race fairings to bikes during endurance competitions, Carbonin often has to remove your OEM headlights and tail lights. Their race fairings have bracketed points where you can then mount your headlights or tail lights, transforming your motorcycle into an endurance-style kit. *Please note that not all kits work with the kickstand so modification may be required if buying for street use. These are race fairings not OEM street replacements and are not interchangeable with your OEM bodywork.

Custom Seat Options

You’ve all seen the seats on World Superbikes and GP bikes; they look a little different than your average stick-on seat pad. These customized seats can suit any rider’s needs. They often have a raised section at the back which provides support to the rider from sliding back in the seat under acceleration keeping the rider where they want to be until they need to get back in the seat. When they do, they are sitting higher on a raised portion of the seat which helps the rider get their chest down closer to the tank and under the screen. The rider can also get them embroidered with their logo, racing number, or team logo. Carbonin’s flagship seat is the "standard seat," which has a neoprene cover to protect the seat and offers the perfect amount of grip with the ability to slide. Further, Carbonin’s Pro seat is fully customizable.
