Extreme Epotex fairings Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory 2021/2023

Epotex hulls, while representing our entry level range, have always been considered excellent in terms of value for money.
Thanks to a special epoxy resin synthesized to our specifications, we are able to obtain, despite the cold lamination, a more elastic and lighter product than the competition.

The surface finish is black as always but improved compared to the past thanks to the use of new waxes and release agents used in the moulds. The finish is excellent even if supplied unpainted.

This kit includes
- upper fairing
- Sides, which integrate the wings
- Tail, with separate seat pan.

This is not drilled but has all the pre-established points to perform the operation.

To complete the fairing, the tank cover in Epotex is also available with an original shape to offer total protection of the bikes, and the front mudguard also in Epotex.

Technical specifications EPOTEX hulls and parts:
• 30% lighter than normal fiberglass hulls/parts
• Laminated with a special epoxy resin developed on our specifications
• The outer layer is made up of black gelcoat (glossy from mould)
• Reinforcements in carbon/kevlar in the fixing points for easy assembly and greater durability
• The most elastic in the market of fairings and parts made with cold rolling
• To be drilled and not supplied with any quick releases
• Fixing points are indicated on the individual parts
