RACING BODYWORK/FAIRING: FRONT UPPER RACE FAIRING + SIDE PANELS + LOWER RACE FAIRING + REAR TAIL & LOWER SEAT PLATE + AIRBOX COVER FOR DUCATI PANIGALE V4 / S / R (2022/2023)

-Research and development takes place exclusively through collaboration with the best race teams engaged for years in the most prestigious national and world competitions; And only after specific tests, does Extreme Components start the production.

After many requests Extreme Components in proud to present the new Black Fiber fairing for Ducati V4/S/R 2022/2023, realized through lamination of pre-preg tissues (twill weave), in autoclave at 5 BAR of pressure and 90° to guarantee the best resistance and lightness at the same time.

Thanks to the use of high temperature and vacuum technology the parts are shiny finished, ready to be wrapped or decorated with stickers.

Our Carbon Fiber and Black Fiber fairings are sold pre-drilled thanks to the presence specific bushes on the molds; These avoid any type of mistake on the installation process and guarantee a perfect alignment between all the parts.

The fairings / bodywork is made up by:
- Front upper race fairing
- Racing side panels (left + right)
- Airbox cover with side panels
- Lower race fairing, closed to be adapted with all the types of exhausts (also under seat models) and guarantee always the oil collection
- Seat unit, in two pieces (upper and lower part).

The lower fairing present a special airflow system to cool down the electronic quick shifter.
The airbox cover is realized with a special shape to cool down the temperatures and at the same time pull out the hot air in the front of the tank.

Technical aspects of BLACK FIBER Fairings / Bodyworks and Parts:
• 50% lighter than standard fiberglass fairings and parts
• 15% lighter than aviofiber fairings and parts and than our Epotex fairings and parts
• Autoclaved produced, at 90° and 5 bars of pressure with vacuum technology
• Laminated with twill pre-preg tissue, woven to our specs
• Additional unidirectional carbon reinforcements on all the mounting points for greater durability and ease installation
• The most flexible and elastic fairings available on the market of products in autoclave made
• Thanks to the use of high temperature and vacuum technology the fairings are extremely stronger, smooth and shiny finish
• Pre-drilled and not supplied of fasteners
• Ready to be mounted on the motorcycle, no modifications needed

The Black Fiber is a special pre-preg tissue that follow the same production process of the carbon fiber (autoclave) and has also very similar characteristics but with a lower price.
The use of this version is suggested in all the championships and categories where the use of carbon fiber is not allowed.

Much better in term of weight and flexibility than aviofiber (that is a material not in autoclave produced) our Black Fiber is located between Epotex (similar to aviofiber) and our Twill weave Carbon Fiber.
