The flagship of the Akrapovič exhaust system range, used and tested by our top factory teams in motorsport racing. It is simply the finest performance exhaust system available. Each model is unique and dedicated to maximizing the performance of an engine, while reducing overall weight for optimized handling of the whole motorcycle. It is made entirely of titanium. The unique shape of the muffler, with its embossed imprint that run all the way along the exhaust and blend in seamlessly with the hand-crafted carbon fibre endcap, takes design to new levels.

When installing the evolution system, remapping the ECU is recommended in order to prevent »check engine light« warning signal and achieve optimized performance and throttle response.
On the product image, the system is shown together with optional carbon heat shield (article code AK-P-HSB10E3). Carbon fibre muffler bracket (needed for mounting on standard subframe, if passenger footresrs are removed) is already included within the system. If the alpha Racing racing suframe is mounted we recommend our carbon muffler bracket (article code 1810B001A00).

The higher pressure cap stopped my overflow from becoming pressurized and blowing out. I did a combustion gas test on the cooing system and it passed all 3 times, so it made since the factory cap was to low of a rating for serve duty.

I ordered Avio fiber glass fairing and all necessary brackets for 2023 Yamaha r1. HHR answered all my questions by email and later by phone. The staff I communicated with were knowledgeable, straightforward, helpful, and non-judgmental. I've had been using the products for more than a year, and I have no complaints and am quite happy with it. I've heard it's easy to installl, too, but I had someone else do it, so I can't say if that's true. The bodywork has cutouts for the tail light and headlights. Works great.
