These brackets are designed to fit the swing arm by replacing the axle block on the right side. If you have an R1/R6 swingarm and axle then yes it will fit .
If not you can always make a bracket as you can utilize the damper clamp which holds the Over Suspension Damper in place and this then bolts to the axle block which depending on your swingarm.
This could be custom made by a local fabrication machine shop
