Alpha Racing M Race Calibration Kit BMW S1000RR 2019- and M1000RR 2021- 1361HP067A01

M Race Calibration Kit, for BMW S 1000 RR 2019- (K67) and M 1000 RR 2021- (K66), kit electronics by BMW Motorrad Motorsport incl. hardware

The M RCK contains:

- Race ECU (Bosch BMSM2)

- Race Wiring loom (engine and chassis loom separated)

- Motec C125 Dashboard (includes datalogger)

- Race handlebar switches (left and right)

- Motec Datalogging software I2 Standard

The kit provides full WSBK level electronics for the BMW S 1000 RR (K67), improving all electronic systems (Traction Control, Engine Brake Control, Wheelie Control and Launch Control). The kit also enables the use of the split throttle bodies found on the S 1000 RR, giving a very smooth throttle response under lean angle. All torque reduction is done over ignition, making all rider aiding systems audible to the rider.

Throttle connection/Power modes

The user can calibrate the ECU for 64 different power modes, limiting torque in specific gears to adapt to track conditions/rider preference.

Engine Brake Control

The ECU now operates the Engine Brake in closed loop, constantly monitoring the negative rear wheel slip for optimal performance. The user can configure 10 different Engine Brake curves, and adjust them per gear and per riding mode. Rider can adjust the EB during ride in 15 steps.

Traction Control

Torque reduction is done over ignition instead of throttle, providing excellent feedback to the rider. Traction Control now works with adjustable slip targets for optimal performance. Slip targets can be set per gear and per riding mode. Rider can adjust the DTC during ride in 15 steps.

Wheelie Control

Wheelie control is adjustable per gear and per riding mode, pitch angle control is done over ignition cut.

Air/Fuel

Fueling is done completely under closed loop, always configured for maximum engine power. Fuel table is now configurable with lambda targets (instead of injection correction on the former RCK Pro)

Other features:

- No immobilizer

- Dashboard and ECU can be replaced at any moment

- ABS and DDC can be removed from the motorcycle

- Rain light switches on automatically when rain mode is engaged

- Sensors (suspension/brake pressure) can be zero-d with a button combination

ATTENTION:

-We highly recommend to use the E-throttle kit SBK (article code 6131B002A00, see Accessories).

- We recommend using our aluminum protective housing (see 61DA00102).
