The Honda CBR600RR is one of the all time great 600's and still one of our favorite bikes.

However, since designed in 2007, it has evolved very little and many CBR600RR owners have felt let down in the overall power and top end of the bike. Honda is notorious for "choking" their bikes' intake systems down, especially in the USA for noise and emissions. Well no more....

Thanks to EDR Performance, our latest velocity stack kit improves power throughout the entire RPM range, especially in upper midrange and top end, right where these CBR600RR's need it!

We kept the same power and torque curve as close as possible to the stock set up to ensure you have a smooth power band, however as you can see with our stacks the power does not drop off at the top end! It continues well past 15,000 rpm. The stock bike runs out of breath as low as 12,000 on some years!

This gives you, the rider, the confidence to get on the throttle sooner with a more predictable throttle response as well as a lot more top end power and speed! Our EDR CBR600RR Velocity stack kit will allow you to have a much stronger midrange and off corner drive and for once, also have a strong top end that doesn't fall off (stop making power) at 12,000.. many CBR600RR owners know what we are talking about

These velocity stacks have been simulated with our Solid Works software, then extensively tested on our in house dyno with both the stock ecu and our flashed unrestricted ecu program. We had over 7 designs tested until finally finding the perfect blend of smooth stock like low end and throttle response now with strong top end that allows the bike to pull all the way to 15,000 rpm rev limit!

Installing from start to finish takes less than 30 mins time! Unlike the others "carbon" stacks, ours are impervious to all chemicals (race fuel) while theirs are NOT!. Also our stacks maintain their structure in excess of 145*c temperatures, while others will fail. Don't fall for the "carbon" ones as you cant see them and the resin does not hold up well with race fuel or high temps! Professional installation is always recommended however there are no special tools needed.

The EDR Performance CBR600RR Velocity stacks are 100% designed, developed, tested and produced IN HOUSE at our race shop and dyno tested in our complete Dynojet 250i dyno inside an INC temp controlled dyno facility. 100% from start to finish done at EDR Performance
