Extreme Components is proud to present an additional news for Ducati Panigale V4 / S & Streetfigher V4 / S 2025: the swingarm cover set in Twill Carbon Fiber.
The debut of a double sided swingarm on Ducati V4/S 2025 has offer the chance to challenge ourself once again.
The result is a swingarm cover set, very complex to produce, very protective and with a superb look. Always present is the integrated chain guard in the lower side, introduced from us some years ago in one of our swingarm covers.
As always our parts guarantee the best lightness and resistance thanks to the technologies we use in the production and thanks to our gained experience in the creation of components for the best team of the World Championship.
Our carbon fiber parts are produced through autoclave process, with vacuum technology, using pre-preg carbon fiber (Twill weave) and pressure that can vary from 5 to 8 BAR and temperatures from 60° to 90° according to the product that must be produced.
The lamination is by hand with the aim of carefully choosing the fiber direction and to reach the best result on aesthetic-functional term. In the zones that are more exposed in case of crash we add some carbon kevlar layers to reinforce even more the parts and guarantee even an higher protection of the swingarm.
The finishing is gloss (or matt on request with a price surcharge).
Technical aspects of CARBON Fairings / Bodyworks and Parts:

• Autoclaved produced, at 90° and 5 bars of pressure with vacuum technology;
• Additional reinforcements on all fairings and parts mounting points for greater durability and ease installation;

Love it, wish it came in twill weave gloss but it is on sale and fit and looks amazing! Just ordered frame carbon fiber from here as well to match !
I ordered this part for my r6.
Got a email back about 4 days later saying I didnt order the correct lines for it.
HHR didnt have to do that. I would not have known they took the time to make sure i got the part the first time.
I appreciate that alot. Integrity in this day and age seems to be long forgotten thing.
Will be ordering more parts as I need them and will use HHR for them.
Awesome piece and fits perfect. Definitely recommend getting this over the standard version, which I also have. This one pan is 30mm lower. Also make sure you get the Alpha seat Support bracket if running the stock subframe in addition to the mounting kit.
8mm swingarm spools such a great design very strong and doesn’t weigh nothing there not so big so it doesn’t stand out it’s perfect
Does what it's supposed to do
Love the quality and how fast I received my item even being custom ordered

Looks like incredible engineered products, both the thumb brake & the rear master cylinder. On the master cylinder, be aware QNIUM use 6mm bolts where as the stock Triumph 675 bolts are 8mm. Not a big deal, just be aware.
