Extreme Components continues to innovate for Borgo Panigale’s latest flagship model, the 2025 Ducati Panigale V4 / V4S. This newest upgrade is the first instrument subframe designed with an integrated airbox tube and a single-piece dashboard protector — a unique MotoGP-inspired solution developed through partnerships with elite teams such as Red Bull KTM Ajo, MSI Racing Team, LevelUP MTA, and more.

For the first time, three separate components (subframe, airbox tube, and dashboard protector) are combined into one monolithic piece, just like the setups used in MotoGP and Moto2. The result is improved airflow into the airbox, reduced unnecessary weight, and enhanced protection for your dash — the heart of your bike’s data display.

This special component is available in your choice of Twill Carbon or Black Fiber (the ideal option for racing categories where carbon is restricted, such as the new Production Bike category). Both variants are produced using high-quality pre-preg materials and cured in an autoclave at 6 BAR pressure and 90°, ensuring the strongest, lightest, and most performance-driven structure possible.

Technical aspects of CARBON Fairings / Bodyworks and Parts:
• The lightest and the strongest available on the market, thanks to our gained experience on World Championships such as Moto3, Moto2 and MotoGP;
• Laminated with twill carbon pre-preg 200gr.;
• Autoclaved produced, at 90° and 5 bars of pressure with vacuum technology;
• Additional reinforcements on all fairings and parts mounting points for greater durability and ease installation;
• Thanks to the use of high temperature and vacuum technology the fairings are extremely stronger, smooth and shiny finish;
