MWR Performance Filter For Triumph Bonneville (2001-14) Thruxton (2004-14) & Scrambler (2006-14)

The knowledge gained during this period was invaluable and led MWR to develop their range of performance foam filters.

This filter is a direct performance upgrade from your bikes standard filter. Offering better airflow and protection than the original,

Performance air filter for the Triumph Thruxton / Bonneville & Scrambler replaces the OEM filter, but also the OEM filter cover. The OEM filter cover highly restricts the amount of airflow. MWR developed an air filter what must be installed without the OEM filter cover.

Filter Kit Includes : air filter / filter cage & 3 off spacers.

For maximum performance it is necessary to remove a secondary restriction from inside the airbox as follows:

1. Remove the 12 bolts securing the aribox cover on the righthand side of the airbox
2. Remove the cover
3. Remove the restriction
4. Assemble the airbox with the restriction removed.

This filter will (when maintained correctly) last the life of your bike, simply clean and re-oil once a year.
