The racing inspired FKR cartridge kit has technology derived straight from the Moto3, Moto 2 and World Superbike championships developed by our engineers in Sweden and is designed for high end racing.
Our racing-inspired FKR Supersport cartridge kits incorporate technology derived straight from the Moto2, Moto3, and World Superbike Championships. Developed for top-level racing in SuperStock and SuperSport classes, FKR Supersport cartridges are a must-have for riders who demand the best handling and performance from their bike.
Meet the Öhlins FKR 200 series. The latest addition to our lineup of Supersport cartridge kits is based on TTX technology and packed with a suite of track-ready upgrades to take your ride to the next level.
With new race-tuned settings, the FKR 200 cartridge kits are optimized to enhance rebound damping, giving you superior traction, control, and chassis stability. They feature a new MotoGP-inspired top cap design, preload adjusters with click feedback every half turn, and lighter guide sleeves to reduce weight on the front end.
The FKR 200 cartridges are also fitted with magnetic guide rings that lift the preload tube out as you remove the spring. This functionality simplifies setup, making it easier than ever to achieve your perfect ride.

Assembly Instructions
Various special tools and fork oil are required for the correct installation of the cartridge kit (see mounting instructions). These are not included in the scope of delivery and can also be ordered from the Öhlins online shop.
Öhlins Europe does not provide technical support! We therefore strongly recommend having the cartridge kit installed in a specialist workshop. You can find an overview of authorized Öhlins dealers and service centers in our dealer locator.

The higher pressure cap stopped my overflow from becoming pressurized and blowing out. I did a combustion gas test on the cooing system and it passed all 3 times, so it made since the factory cap was to low of a rating for serve duty.

Avio fiber glass fairing (complete, w/ cut-outs) & Motoholders bracket
I ordered Avio fiber glass fairing and all necessary brackets for 2023 Yamaha r1. HHR answered all my questions by email and later by phone. The staff I communicated with were knowledgeable, straightforward, helpful, and non-judgmental. I've had been using the products for more than a year, and I have no complaints and am quite happy with it. I've heard it's easy to installl, too, but I had someone else do it, so I can't say if that's true. The bodywork has cutouts for the tail light and headlights. Works great.
