UV PROTECTIVE COATING

The carbon cast is protected from radiation with a very thin layer of special clear UV protective coating. Together with the clear and smooth rim surface it ensures the wheel a zero notch effect.

HIGH QUALITY CENTER PARTS

For each motorcycle model the hubs are CNC machined from high quality 7075 T6 aluminum alloy used in the aviation industry, anodized into optional color and permanently assembled to the carbon rim.

ANODIZED 90° ANGLED VALVE STEM

The high quality 90° angled valve stem ensures air pressure resistance at highest speeds. Besides the default red color, the valve can also be provided in the colors black, silver, gold, green or blue.

VENTING HOLE

To prevent condensation and assure long lasting product quality a venting hole is placed on the bottom of each wheel spoke.

REVOLUTIONARY RIM REINFORCEMENT

Due to our industries unique 3 component composite we are able to increase the impact resistance of our products by inserting a stainless 2.5 mm steel wire in each side of the rim.

IMPROVED ROTATIONAL AERODYNAMICS

Aerodynamics is, besides the overall wheel weight, the key element for improving the overall bike performance. To lower the aerodynamic coefficient during rotation the cross-section of the spokes are shaped elliptically.
