Spark KTM 1290 Super Duke R "Double Grid-O" Semi-Full Exhaust System (2020+)

For the menacing hyper-naked bike from Mattighofen, Spark Exhaust Technology has attentively worked on several aspects to offer a unique product that enhances the Austrian twin's agility and power. Spark's Double Grid-O Semi-Full Exhaust System, handcrafted in Italy and designed for the KTM 1290 Super Duke R, stands out by displaying a high-mounting dual exhaust and unmistakable growl.

Unique materials such as titanium, state-of-the-art 3D laser cutting, and TIG welding make this double Grid-O exhaust a veritable concentration of technology and power. The dual titanium, 600-gram silencers, are a result of Spark's ongoing and meticulous testing carried out on WSBK and Moto2 World Championship race tracks. The sound is deep and aggressive thanks to a removable dB killer. Spark exhaust systems are celebrated for the uniqueness of its style and ability to enhance the Duke’s racing spirit.

The Grid-O slip-on connects to the catalyzed original collector using stainless steel pipes. Diameters have been studied and tested so as to increase performance over the standard exhaust. Handcrafted in Italy, approximately 3.0kg, and Dyno Tested for maximum horsepower gains over stock. *Does not include removable DB Killer. *Remove passenger footpegs. *This system will not fit on the RR version.
