can I use this with oem set up to just replace the original overflow tank? (I broke mine and am looking to replace)

Yes you can use this in replace of your oem coolant expansion tank however we can not confirm if this will get in the way of any oem bodywork or trim. This is a common modification for Track bikes that remove the oem fairings and use race fairings
