Q: When I receive delivery, what if something on my order is damaged?

It is very important to look for any damages to the outside of the boxes upon your delivery. If any damages are visible, mark this on the shipping paperwork the driver has and be sure they sign and give you a copy (do not refuse any damaged items). Many times the contents will not be damaged even if the box is, but if you find any parts of the contents to be damaged, please report it immediately to Hustle Hard Racing via email at sales@hhrperformance.com. You will have 5 days from the day of delivery to report any damages.

Q: What is your return policy?

HHR Performance wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please contact us at sales@hhrperformance.com. All returns must be approved via email to sales@hhrperformance.com within 30 days from the day you received your goods.

Products must be in their original packaging and still have tags intact.

All Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. This Excludes Any Special Order Items which can only be returned if defective.

Any Products deemed to be damaged by installation or being tampered with will not be eligible for return.

Q: What if something on my order is out of stock?

In some cases, there will be certain items out of stock. If this is the case, we will notify you and let you know when it will be in stock. You will have the option to:

  • Ship all in-stock items right away and the out-of-stock item(s) when they come in.
  • Wait until all items are in, then ship as a complete order
  • Cancel the out of stock item(s)

Q: What if I need my parts sooner? Can I expedite shipping?

Absolutely. While there may be additional charges for expedited shipping, Hustle Hard Racing is committed to getting the right part to you as soon as possible. Our goal is to keep costs low. Any additional charges are based entirely on shipper calculated rates.Please contact us at sales@hhrperformance.com if option is not available in checkout

Hustlehard Racing llc does not offer any warranty implied or otherwise for products sold. Any warranty offered is that of the manufacturer of the product(s) being sold by us. Any product descriptions given by us on our website or other social media are for reference only and do not form any guarantee. Customers should rely on the manufacturer's specifications, reference material and warranty only. The customer thereby accepts that in purchasing any products from Hustlehard Racing LLC, all product warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Hustlehard Racing LLC will do everything it can to assist you with any warranty claim that you may have. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Where a Customer experiences a fault with a product it can be returned to HustleHardracing LLC, subject to our returns policy above. This disclaimer does not affect the terms of any manufacturer's warranty that they have offered.

Q: How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes we ship via FedEx which offers full tracking and a fast service. Please note we will not ship to a freight forwarding address

Q: Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?

It is important for us to make sure you get your products safe and sound so we ship all shipments with insurance. You will be provided with Tracking information upon shipment so you will know exactly when to expect them. In Most cases a signature will be required for safety and Fraudulent reasons
