Fuel pump starvation can be a big problem on modern bikes running poor quality fuels full of contaminants like dirt, grit or other debris. A rusty fuel tank can also block the standard small filter attached to the fuel pump starving the engine of fuel.
For this reason MWR Filters have developed the Fuel Filter sock. A simple to install filter that simply fits over the standard fuel pump assembly. With a much greater surface area than the standard T-bag filter this filter wont fail and let you down when you need full power the most.
