This monoblock caliper, obtained from a single piece of cast aluminium, is made with the most advanced casting and machining technologies in order to obtain a solid caliper body which is ultra light and has excellent stiffness and precision operating values. The hydraulics were given particular attention, as was the shape of the caliper body, both of which were the focus of technical fine-tuning. The caliper body, which houses four 34 mm diameter pistons, is characterised by significant stiffness values which are obtained thanks to the peculiarity of the triple bridge shape.
With these cast monoblock calipers Brembo makes the technology which has been successfully employed in MotoGP available to all enthusiasts. This is technology which allows the caliper body to be obtained from a single piece of cast aluminium, thereby guaranteeing optimum stiffness.
The surface finish is anodised in titanium colour. The product is provided in a kit made up of two calipers and sintered brake pads which represent the absolute best quality available on the market today.

In combination with Brembo Z04 brake pads these discs have won numerous SuperSport Championships, including the 2012, 2011 and 2009 editions. The complete range of Brembo SuperSport discs can also boast the approval of the renowned TUV Certification Body which means they can be used on public roads in all countries that recognise this certification.

The special shape of the 8 “T” pins on the disc and the eight shapes on the braking torque dragging system housing are the innovative element which strongly differentiates the new T-Drive from discs with cylindrical bushing systems. In fact, as a result of specific studies into process and machining tolerances, this unique configuration transfers braking torque more effectively, providing improved resistance to thermo-mechanical stress, especially in extreme conditions of use such as racing.
The connection between housing and rotor is ensured by a special guillotine hooking system (patent pending) which allows both radial and axial floating and reduces the overall weight of the disc, resulting in a significant advantage in terms of rideability compared to the traditional bushing system. Both performance consistency and the efficiency of disc and brake pads coupling during the running-in period have been significantly improved thanks to a rotor - in steel identical to that used for the discs in SBK and MotoGP - characterised by a new differentiated diameter hole pattern. The rotor height has also been optimised: maintaining a thickness of 5.5 mm, the height could be reduced to the advantage of containing weight and the moment of inertia with the consequential benefit of improved vehicle handling.
The housing is black anthracite anodised like latest generation racing discs. The Brembo logo is on the housing, machined from billet and painted in an unmistakeable red, yet another distinctive sign that characterises the racing image. The GP ASG Superbike sensor greatly improves the gear change performance and reliability compared to OEM and other competitors. It gives a superior distinct and smooth gear change performance similar to top GP and WSBK systems.
Compared to OEM and other shifters the Cordona ASG Superbike is faster, more distinct and have smoother action. The bike will use less traction control and not upset chassis under gear changes as much, especially during lean angle.

Item 423Speciale, Analogue high sensitive GP ASG Superbike quickshifter/blip sensor for MV Agusta Euro4 bikes with **EAS 2.0 interface. **Note that you must a 3-wire analogue EAS 2.0 interface to the shifter. This shifter replace OEM EAS 2.0 for up and downshift.
Configurable for push or pull linkage (street or race shift).
**For a two wire interface to the shifter you need item 412.
Completely plug and play mounted with Pinbolts and 110 mm aluminum rod and uniballs included. The new developed GP ASG Superbike sensor is a direct plug & play OEM replacement quickshifter/blipper (or only quickshifter) for modern Superbikes and Streetbikes with an analogue 0-5v interface to the ECU.
The GP ASG Superbike sensor greatly improves the gear change performance and gives a superior distinct and smooth gear change feeling similar to top GP and WSBK systems.
The Strain Gauge technology is far more reliable than spring loaded OEM shifters and is fully weather protected.
The GP ASG Superbike is easily configurable for push or pull gear linkage (street or race gear shift).

The carbon cast is protected from radiation with a very thin layer of special clear UV protective coating. Together with the clear and smooth rim surface it ensures the wheel a zero notch effect.
HIGH QUALITY CENTER PARTS:
For each motorcycle model the hubs are CNC machined from high quality 7075 T6 aluminum alloy used in the aviation industry, anodized into optional color and permanently assembled to the carbon rim.
SOLID THIN SPOKES:
To create solid thin spokes we use special carbon fiber yarn developed for military use.
THREE-COMPONENT-COMPOSITE:
Produced using Rotobox's unique 3 component composite - combining carbon, epoxy and stainless steel. The stainless 2,5 mm steel wire is integrated in each side of the rim increasing its impact resistance at the most critical outer part.
Titanium Hex Head Bolts M10x1.5x25mm:
Made from Aircraft Spec Grade 5 Titanium Alloy. Special high performance design by Rotobox. Precision machined with rolled threads and completely corrosion free. Excellent durability and minimum weight, 45% lighter than steel equivalents. Available optionally with the wheels.
CHOPPED CARBON FIBERS MEETS WOVEN FABRIC:
Rotobox's unique technology enables combining chopped carbon fibers with woven fabric seamlessly in one-piece monocoque.
PENTAGON SHAPED HUB:
