Rotobox has extended its carbon motorcycle wheel product line by unveiling the Rotobox Bullet, the new thin spoke, ultra-light forged carbon wheel at EICMA. Rotobox is one of the leading companies in the development of lightweight high-performance carbon automotive wheels. It is also a company not satisfied with just keeping up with trends but setting them.
The wheels conform to safety standard JASO T203-85 for JWL dotE Certification. Before riding on public streets, be sure to check your local regulations.
UV PROTECTIVE COATING:
The carbon cast is protected from radiation with a very thin layer of special clear UV protective coating. Together with the clear and smooth rim surface it ensures the wheel a zero notch effect.
HIGH QUALITY CENTER PARTS:
For each motorcycle model the hubs are CNC machined from high quality 7075 T6 aluminum alloy used in the aviation industry, anodized into optional color and permanently assembled to the carbon rim.
SOLID THIN SPOKES:
To create solid thin spokes we use special carbon fiber yarn developed for military use.
THREE-COMPONENT-COMPOSITE:
Produced using Rotobox's unique 3 component composite - combining carbon, epoxy and stainless steel. The stainless 2,5 mm steel wire is integrated in each side of the rim increasing its impact resistance at the most critical outer part.
Titanium Hex Head Bolts M10x1.5x25mm:
Made from Aircraft Spec Grade 5 Titanium Alloy. Special high performance design by Rotobox. Precision machined with rolled threads and completely corrosion free. Excellent durability and minimum weight, 45% lighter than steel equivalents. Available optionally with the wheels.
CHOPPED CARBON FIBERS MEETS WOVEN FABRIC:
Rotobox's unique technology enables combining chopped carbon fibers with woven fabric seamlessly in one-piece monocoque.
PENTAGON SHAPED HUB:
The hub is locked into the carbon part with pentagon shape for ultimate transmission of torque.

ROTOBOX Bullet Wheel Covers
Description:
Rotobox wheel covers kit is a two-piece upgrade accessory designed for 17 inch Rotobox Bullet Rear carbon wheel. These carbon fiber covers are easy to install and compatible with rear Bullet wheel for motorcycles with dual sided swingarm. The covers are designed to fit inside the wheel, and clear the hub and brake. One also has a cut out for the valve stem. They are held in place with five mounting screws.

• The BTL (Back Torque Limiter) slipper clutch has been designed and developed to allow traction to be adjusted to accommodate different riding conditions. The Suter Clutch reduces the threat of over-revving the engine and maximizes the suspension performance.

Due to the modified design, a larger tire radius/diameter can be installed, and yet there are more adjustment possibilities! Also, the changed stiffness ensures better rideability of the motorcycle and more mechanical grip, especially when exiting the corner.
Note:
- Rear shock has to be modified for the use with this swingarm (lower fixing and length).
- Routing of the exhaust system has to be adapted to the new swingarm design. The exhaust is available as an additional part.
- For mounting the Suter Swingarm, the assembly kit is needed.
