FKR Cartridge Kit Racing (TTX 25) FKR 112
The racing inspired FKR cartridge kit has technology derived straight from the Moto3, Moto 2 and World Superbike championships developed by our engineers in Sweden and is designed for high end racing.
The FKR Cartridge kit features a spring pressurized system, compared to the old gas pressurized system, the spring pressure offers a more simplistic and user friendly design that also accounts for easier maintenance. But there are more advantages of a spring pressurized system. There is no risk of gas leakage, it also gives a more consistent performance curve and allows for a more compact design. With the Öhlins TTX technology, a new designed piston and an 8mm piston shaft we reduce the pressure build-up and create a faster damping response. That gives a “linear” style of damping characteristics which create more tuning options and also increases grip and bump absorption properties while improving chassis stability.

The new and improved model BOOST carbon fiber wheel from Rotobox, decreasing the weight from the RBX2 with improved design and higher performance! Comes in gloss and matte finish, in both symmetric and convex designs.
Like the RBX2, the BOOST is produced using Rotobox's unique 3-component composite - combining carbon, epoxy and stainless steel. By integrating the stainless 2,5 mm steel wire in each side of the rim, we increase its impact resistance at the most critical outer part. JWL and DOT approved, having met JASO T203-85 safety standards.
Another hidden BOOST gem - the Structural Rib. Thanks to the High Pressure Core Technology the structural rib is placed in the inner side between the spokes, with its mission to support the stress hot spot of the wheel. As a result the BOOST elegant spoke design brings greater stiffness and although the spokes are thinner the BOOST is stronger than ever - with a permissible static load of 280 kg on the rear and 180kg on the front wheel.
ASSEMBLING COMPONENTS
Carbon fiber composite rim, a one-piece hollow carbon cast, reinforced with stainless steel wire and UV protected; 7075 T6 aluminum alloy hubs, spacers and sprocket carrier [only with rear symmetric wheel]. machined from solid and hard anodized; polyurethane cushion drive set; SKF bearings; aluminum valve stem.
PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL
Your Rotobox wheel has its own Serial Number to track the production history. We confirm to have performed quality verification procedure of your Rotobox wheel.
SIZE

WEIGHT
REAR WHEEL WEIGHT 4.11 kg / 9.06 LBS
MAX. STATIC LOAD
REAR 280 kg / 617 LBS
MAX. OPERATING TEMPERATURE
100 C / 212 F
MAX. PRESSURE
4 BAR / 58 PSI
The wheels conform to safety standard JASO T203-85 for JWL dotE Certification. Before riding on public streets, be sure to check your local regulations.
Rotobox Boost Wheel set Weight example:
Stock S1000RR 11.70kg (25.79 lbs)
Rotobox Boost 6.69kg (14.74 lbs)
Weight saving more than 5.00kg of rotating mass. Incredible!
Based on the highly regarded TTX technology it has been developed from Öhlins’ vast experience in MotoGP. Compared with the standard TTX36 MkII, the compression and rebound adjustments have improved even further with a new adjustment needle, providing better guidance and a different flow restriction behavior. The function of the damper is more consistent with less variation and the adjusters work in a more precise manner. A new main piston completes the package, designed to improve traction and rider control. Did we mention that the weight is reduced even further? Among the advantages are a much improved chassis feedback as well as enhanced performance. Also, the adjustment range is even wider and with this new design, the variation in behavior from one shock absorber to another is further reduced – a proof of Öhlins commitment to precision. The TTX GP continues on the TTX36 path, sharing and improving on the benefits of one of the best shock absorbers in the world. TTX GP will be available for most major bikes used in national racing as well as the new street bike models.

Many new features have been introduced for this new radial brake master cylinder, the closest to those used in top motorbike racing. Machined from billet, like the master cylinder used in MotoGP and SBK, the design of the new Brembo 17RCS CORSA CORTA RR has been modified to make it lighter and even more similar to the racing versions. The hard oxidized finish, in titanium grey, ensures outstanding wear resistance and extremely low friction between moving parts. It comes in a darker color than the previous version, precisely because of the type of treatment, making it even more similar to the versions used in Moto2 and Moto3.

17 RCS Corsa Corta, Long Lever, Radial, Front
The 17mm version is designed to respond optimally to the needs of a growing number of motorbikes using brake calipers with 30 mm diameter pistons: Ducati Panigale and Monster 1200, Kawasaki H2 and ZX10R, Yamaha R1 and R6, KTM Superduke and MV Agusta F4RR.
The size is the perfect solution for ensuring the best performance and driving sensitivity with brake calipers that have 30 mm pistons, such as Brembo M50 calipers.
The Brembo radial master cylinder with 6 different brake modulation options. The 17 RCS CORSA CORTA is characterized by the possibility it provides the rider to adapt the braking "bite point" to the desired riding feeling, in addition to the RCS (Ratio Click System), introduced 10 years ago on the Brembo 19RCS radial brake master cylinder, which allows the center distance of the master cylinder to be adjusted to "18" or "20".
The meticulous study to improve the master cylinder has allowed Brembo to propose three brake master cylinders in one and to further improve braking system performance. Furthermore, taking advantage of the mixture stemming from the 18 to 20 center distance and the three maps - R,S,N - no less than 6 different combinations can be attained.
The play selector lets the rider choose between the three different available feeling maps. With the Normal map, the bite point position is such to guarantee a more gradual initial phase and is therefore suitable for city riding or braking in poor grip conditions. With the Sport map, the bite point position is such to shorten the initial phase compared to the N setting. This second map allows for a more dynamic response and a sportier riding style.
Lastly, with the Race map, the eccentric device allows the initial phase to be shortened even more, taking it to a minimum value at the same level as the master cylinders used in MotoGP: this way, the rider is able to reach the braking bite point at lighting fast speeds. This third map is ideal for a racing riding style that shaves off precious hundredths of a second in braking.
The RCS system (Ratio Click System), on the other hand, shifts the distance between the fulcrum point and the point of application on the master cylinder push rod by 2 millimeters: this results in a different distribution of the braking force without it being modified in terms of pure power.
The master cylinder body is made of forge aluminum alloy, machined with 5-axis CAM technology. A hard oxide coating is used for the surface finish, which guarantees that the master cylinder main body is highly resistant to wear and its components move easily. The floating piston and the seals derive directly from those used in MotoGP, as do the housings for the bleeding and fueling systems, which are inclined by more than 30° to make bleeding the master cylinder easier. A study was conducted for the design of the 19RCS CORSA CORTA in order to find consistency of style between all the components of the master cylinder, which now has a distinct, dynamic and sporty look in line with the style of the bikes for which it was conceived (model or design filed simultaneously with the filing of the patent on the technological solution). The lever assembly can be replaced without disassembling the RCS system (Ratio Click System) from the master cylinder and this allows the calibrations made in the installation phase to be maintained unaltered.
