The caliper body houses two 34 mm diameter pistons. Particular attention was dedicated to achieving optimum braking control even in poor grip conditions due to any lightening of the rear wheel during the braking phase. The caliper has sintered brake pads which represent the best of what is currently available on the market.
The caliper is hard oxidised like the ones used on racing bikes, providing further protection. The caliper is marked with the production batch for immediate traceability, as well as the embossed and hand painted Brembo logo.

Derived from the experience gained in SBK and MotoGP, the brand new T-Drive disc is the natural technical evolution of latest generation Brembo competition brake discs. The special shape of the 8 “T” pins on the disc and the eight shapes on the braking torque dragging system housing are the innovative element which strongly differentiates the new T-Drive from discs with cylindrical bushing systems. In fact, as a result of specific studies into process and machining tolerances, this unique configuration transfers braking torque more effectively, providing improved resistance to thermo-mechanical stress, especially in extreme conditions of use such as racing.
The connection between housing and rotor is ensured by a special guillotine hooking system (patent pending) which allows both radial and axial floating and reduces the overall weight of the disc, resulting in a significant advantage in terms of rideability compared to the traditional bushing system. Both performance consistency and the efficiency of disc and brake pads coupling during the running-in period have been significantly improved thanks to a rotor - in steel identical to that used for the discs in SBK and MotoGP - characterised by a new differentiated diameter hole pattern. Furthermore, taking advantage of the mixture stemming from the 18 to 20 center distance and the three maps - R,S,N - no less than 6 different combinations can be attained.
The play selector lets the rider choose between the three different available feeling maps. Absolutely reliable, this billet machined brake master cylinder allows maximum readiness and perfectly modulable braking in any conditions of use with excellent linearity between the force the rider applies to the lever and the braking response, thereby achieving an extraordinary braking feeling.
The brake master cylinder uses a 19 mm diameter piston, double disc, a lever centre distance of 18 and an folding long lever. A laser marking indicates the diameter of the piston and the lever centre distance.

MKIIGP 16x18 Standard Long Lever, Radial, Front
A brake master cylinder obtained through forging dedicated to those who love the thrill of riding on the track. Forging is a process of plastic deformation of metals which increases mechanical resistance and consequently the final quality.
Absolutely reliable, this billet machined brake master cylinder allows maximum readiness and perfectly modulable braking in any conditions of use with excellent linearity between the force the rider applies to the lever and the braking response, thereby achieving an extraordinary braking feeling.
The brake master cylinder uses a 19 mm diameter piston, double disc, a lever centre distance of 18 and an folding long lever. A laser marking indicates the diameter of the piston and the lever centre distance.
This Component is designed and manufactured to be used exclusively in racing competitions and, therefore, the product shall be installed through specific adaptors not included in the packaging of the component and by highly qualified and competent professionals working in the “racing” field.
